“Grow the practice” sounds like a goal, but it does not tell a team where to begin, what to make, or how to decide whether the work succeeded.
Make the objective operational
Name the treatment or location. Understand the available capacity, value of the patient, desired timing, current demand, and the handoffs that happen after an inquiry. Those constraints turn ambition into a useful brief.
Prove the system in one place
A focused pilot lets the story, campaign, conversion experience, and practice workflow move together. After ninety days, the evidence should support one of three honest decisions: expand, adjust, or exit.
Scale the learning, not merely the spend
Once the system is working, the next dollar carries context. You know which story moved patients, which handoff lost them, and which objective deserves the next creative cycle.
