Redundant vendor spend
$1,500 to $3,800 per practice per month, typical. Usually three vendors duplicating modules already in your PMS. We document each one and the cleanest path to retire it.
20 minutes. We walk your Denticon / Dentrix / Open Dental / CareStack / Eaglesoft config, your vendor stack, your closed-loop attribution gaps, and (this is the one nobody else does) your Meta Pixel and GA exposure to PHI. If we’re a fit, we scope a pilot. If we’re not, you keep the audit and we point you somewhere better.

Most groups use 30% of what they pay for. We document the unused modules, what they'd replace, and the order of operations to turn them on without breaking the front desk's workflow.
Meta Pixel and GA quietly capture PHI in URLs, form fields, and event payloads. We test for it on live properties. Most agencies don't know to look. Active class actions exist over exactly this failure mode.
Agencies take credit for patients who would've come anyway. We trace which leads actually moved, by source and ad cohort. The first time most groups see real attribution.
You screen-share. We walk the modules you're using, the ones you're not, and the integrations you've bolted on. Honest read in real time.
Every outside agency, SaaS, and tool touching marketing or patient comms. We map them against PMS capability and flag the duplicates.
We probe Meta Pixel, GA, and any other tracking on live properties for PHI exposure. Most groups have at least one. Some have several.
Stack cleanup path. Recoverable spend numbers. Pixel findings. Concrete next steps. You keep it whether or not we work together.
Our founder spent 2.5 years as Lead Cybersecurity Architect at NetJets, running application security for the entire IT department and processing 14TB of security telemetry monthly. We’ve mentored hundreds of engineers, BAs, and TQAs through exactly this kind of inspection work. The PHI-in-pixels piece isn’t a sideline for us. It’s the day job.
Most dental agencies wouldn’t know where to start.
Either way, you keep the report. We’ll tell you the truth. Straight.
Yes. The 20-minute audit and the written report are free. We do this because the conversion rate from audit to pilot is high enough that the audit itself pays back. And if we're not a fit, we still want to help you find a vendor who is.
Screen-share access to your PMS (Denticon, Dentrix, Open Dental, CareStack, Eaglesoft, others). A rough list of your outside agencies and SaaS tools. The domain of your main website so we can run the pixel scan. That's it.
We probe the public-facing properties (website, landing pages, booking flows) for tracking-pixel behavior. We check what's getting captured in URLs, form field values, and event payloads. If we find PHI flowing into Meta or GA, we document it and explain the cleanup path. We never touch the PMS or any PHI directly. The audit operates on public surfaces only.
Bring it. We'll tell you whether it covered what mattered. Most agency audits don't cover server-side tracking, hashed identifiers, or PHI scrubbing because the agency running the audit doesn't have the engineering depth to find the issues.
No. We send the report regardless. We'd rather you take it, fix what we found, and call us in a year than feel pressured into a pilot today.
