Healthcare lead routing and handoff testing

A working form is only the beginning. CareRM tests the agreed inquiry path so you can see whether the right information reaches the right team and whether staff know what to do next.

Discuss this service

Test the destination, not just the confirmation.

A submission can show a success message even when a notification goes to the wrong inbox or the inquiry lands in an unowned pipeline. We trace defined scenarios across the page, response system, and staff handoff. A confirmed submission and a completed operational handoff are checked separately.

What the work includes

Scenario plan
Identify the entry points, locations, assignment rules, and exceptions included in the test scope.
End-to-end checks
Follow labeled test inquiries through field capture, routing, notifications, and the intended next action.
Findings and retest
Document where the observed result differs from the agreed behavior, identify the responsible owner, and retest scoped corrections.

Before we begin

We need access to the relevant systems and staff who can confirm receipt. Test records and destinations are agreed in advance to avoid confusing real inquiries with verification activity. Unsupported integrations or missing permissions are surfaced as dependencies.

Questions before you commit

Can you test a system someone else built?

Yes, subject to access and a defined expected process. The review establishes what can be observed and which corrections are within scope.

Do you test every possible scenario?

We agree on the relevant paths and exceptions first. Testing is bounded by those scenarios and the systems we can access.

Will this tell us why leads are not booking?

It can reveal routing and handoff failures. Booking also depends on staff response, availability, and the person’s needs; those require their own review.

Let’s scope the work around your practice.
