Before launch
We work out what a new patient is worth at each practice, by treatment and against the room in its schedule, and put tracking numbers on your ads, website and Google profile.
Every call, form and booking tied to its source, on our HIPAA platform.
One practice's website analytics, kept on CareRM's HIPAA platform. Each channel is counted against the period before, and each call and form carries the source that brought it, so the practice and our team work from the same numbers.
A DSO founder told us his agency takes credit for patients it can't show it brought in. Most reports stop at the form fill. We count what happened next: every call and form with its source, from new to booked, and with your practice management system connected, to the chair.
We don't open with a return-on-investment figure. We open with counts anyone at the practice can check against the schedule: called, reached, booked, came in. Each number has its definition beside it, so the owner, the office manager and a DSO's CFO read the same thing.
We work out what a new patient is worth at each practice, by treatment and against the room in its schedule, and put tracking numbers on your ads, website and Google profile.
Agents check your ads and website every day, flag what slipped, and draft the fix for a person to approve. With your practice management system connected, each lead is matched to the patient it became.
What changed, what it means at each practice, and where the next dollar goes. Budgets move only after we review each practice, and you approve the move.
Following a lead past booked needs your practice management system connected. You authorize the connection and can revoke it at any time. We read what your system knows; we never touch eligibility or claims. The login and monthly results come with every plan; attribution reporting comes with Growth and Accelerate.
See the plansYou see the same screens we do, every day. Every call and form is counted from your own phones and website, not from what an ad platform says it delivered, and each one is followed to booked, and to the chair once your practice management system is connected.
No, but it's what lets us follow a lead past booked. Without it, we follow every lead to booked. With it, the same record carries through to showed, accepted treatment and collected. You authorize the connection and can revoke it at any time.
Not as a headline. We report counts you can check against your own schedule: calls, forms, reached, booked, came in, accepted. Once your practice management system is connected, cost per patient is simple arithmetic on those counts. We don't project returns we haven't measured, and growth and revenue results are not guaranteed.
Not their names or contact details. When a visitor who allowed advertising sends a form after clicking a Meta ad, Meta receives one signal from our server: a lead happened, from that ad click. Never a name, email, phone number, the page they read or anything they typed. Patient lists are never uploaded to Meta or any ad platform.
Yes. Every practice reports the same way, so locations sit side by side: calls, leads, booked and, where the practice management system is connected, came in and accepted. You can see what works at one practice and carry it to the next.
Yes. It's the first step of the path: value by treatment and by practice, against how much room each schedule has. If you don't have the numbers, we build them with you.
Bring last month's marketing report. In 30 minutes we go through what it can't tell you and show you the screens that would, for one practice or every location.
