Patient acquisition, from first ad to chair

One team runs every step. You follow each new patient to the chair in one login.

Every lead, followed to the chair.

One practice's path from lead to chair. Every call and form lands with its source and moves to reached and booked, and with your practice management system connected, to came in and accepted treatment. Each drop is a list our team works.

  1. Not reachedInquiries nobody has spoken to yet, so your team knows who to call back.
  2. Meta or Google onlyLeads an ad platform counted that never reached the practice, kept apart so nobody takes credit for them.
  3. Accepted treatmentWith your practice management system connected, the same record carries through to the treatment plan.

One team for the whole path.

We run the whole path for each practice: the ads, every call and form, and where each booking came from. An implant consult and a cleaning are not the same patient, so we start with the patients each practice has room for.

  • Campaigns aimed at the treatment each practice has room for
  • Every call and form followed and tied to its source
  • A monthly report and call that end in what changes next month

Run every day, not set and forgotten.

Agents check your ads and website every day, flag what slipped, and draft the fix for a person to approve. New campaigns, budget changes and new creative wait for the person you name.

01

Before launch

We work out what a new patient is worth at each practice, by treatment and against the room in its schedule, and agree what a booked consult should cost.

02

Every day

Calls and forms land with their source. Ads that are wearing out and pages that stopped working get flagged and fixed. Budgets move only after we review each practice.

03

Every month

A report and a call for each practice: what booked, what didn't, and what changes next month. A DSO also gets a weekly executive review across every location.

Questions practices and DSOs ask

We've had agencies set it and forget it. How is this different?

You can watch it happen. Every task, change and report sits in your login with an owner and a date, and every practice gets a monthly report and call that ends in what changes next month.

We want implant and full-arch patients, not emergency calls. Can you aim for that?

Yes. We start with what each treatment is worth and how much room the schedule has, then build the campaign, the video and the page for that treatment. On Google, searches for emergency or cheapest care are kept out of the campaign. Every call and form carries the ad's name, so you can see which campaign books consults.

Can a DSO start with a few locations?

Yes. Start with one practice or a few. Set the baseline, prove it there, then carry what works to the rest. Each practice you add, including one you acquire mid-year, comes on by itself and doesn't restart anyone's term.

What did the pilot show?

At the two pilot practices inside Bright Direction Dental, a 50+ practice DSO, weekly activity on the request-appointment pages rose about 31.5× after launch (about 21 to 656 a week, both practices combined, estimated from the site's chart). It is not a count of visitors, bookings, patients or revenue. About four months later, 16 practices are signed, and counting.

Who pays the ad budget?

You do, at cost. Ad spend passes through with no markup, on one monthly invoice with our fee, and we pay the platforms from CareRM-controlled virtual cards limited to the budget you approved. Each month you see every practice's billed budget, the platform's actual charges and any unused balance, which is credited or refunded.

What is the commitment, and what do we keep?

A three-month start, then month to month with 30 days' written notice and no termination fee. You own your accounts and data at all times, and we hand over account access and exports within 10 business days after services end.

Follow one new patient from the ad to the chair.

Bring one practice, or a few. In 30 minutes we look at how new patients find you today and show you the screen you'd see every week.
