The brief came from the practice.
New-patient volume had slowed after a move away from most PPO plans, according to the client. Steve Wright, CEO of Bright Direction Dental, wanted the marketing to show why people chose these offices. His brief: "let's talk about how we highlight the people vs. services only".
CareRM filmed at both locations, developed ads around the people and stories there, and worked on the website. The July 8 launch email reported nine ads posting that day.
The traffic that followed.
The supplied chart estimates show combined weekly activity on the two Request Appointment pages rising from about 21 to 656. The comparison uses 26 complete weeks before the launch period and six afterward. That is approximately 31.5 times as much request-page traffic.
These are chart estimates. The baseline is close to zero, so the multiple is sensitive to rounding. The comparison does not establish unique visitors, booked appointments, revenue, or the effect of a single change.
