AI Readiness Audit
See where your practice appears, what AI gets wrong, and what to fix first. A documented review of the information patients encounter before they contact you.
Request my auditFind the gaps before you fund the fixes.
The audit begins with one priority treatment and one market. We confirm the locations, platforms, question set, and access before work starts. Additional markets are scoped explicitly so each location receives a meaningful review.
This is a reviewed assessment of your public presence. The request form starts a scoping conversation; it does not generate an instant score or report.
What we examine
- Answer visibility
- Run an agreed set of discovery, comparison, and practice-verification questions. Record mentions, omissions, alternatives, and citations with the date and test context.
- Practice accuracy
- Compare answers and cited pages with your approved facts: providers, locations, treatments, contact details, and consultation information. Log contradictions and their likely sources.
- Website access
- Review crawl and indexing controls, accessible page content, internal links, canonical URLs, and relevant structured data. Distinguish search access from training permissions.
- Content and evidence
- Check whether treatment and provider pages answer patient questions with clear, current information and supportable claims. Identify missing detail and outdated content.
- Local consistency
- Compare your website with business profiles and the third-party sources found in the sample. Flag mismatched names, addresses, phone numbers, and service information.
- Path to an appointment
- Follow source links on mobile, inspect the next step, and review available referral and outcome reporting. Separate AI mentions, website visits, and booked care.
A report your team can work from.
You receive an evidence register with answer captures and source URLs, a readiness matrix marked verified, needs work, or not verified, and a correction backlog ordered by patient impact and dependency.
We identify immediate factual corrections, technical blockers, and the next content priorities. The handoff names the owner for each fix and a retest method. A follow-up measurement window is agreed with the implementation scope.
What we need from you
Your website, priority treatment and market, and a contact who can confirm current practice facts. Read-only access to search and analytics tools can strengthen the review. Where access is unavailable, we mark the finding not verified. No patient records are needed.
Audit questions
Which AI platforms do you review?
We agree the platforms at scoping. These can include ChatGPT, Google AI search experiences, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity where available. The report records the exact experience tested; unavailable checks are marked not verified.
Do you produce an AI readiness score?
We use an evidence-backed status for each check. A single percentage can hide a serious factual error or missing access. The report shows the findings and priorities directly.
Are the fixes included?
The audit covers assessment, findings, and the implementation brief. Content changes, listing corrections, development, and ongoing monitoring are scoped separately. We confirm the audit fee and delivery date before starting.
Will this prove AI is bringing us patients?
It establishes a baseline. Referral data and patient-reported discovery can add context where available, but neither captures every AI-assisted journey. We report those limits and keep observed visibility separate from appointments and accepted care.
