The decision happens before the visit
A new patient is choosing someone to put their hands in their mouth. Many of them are anxious, some haven’t seen a dentist in years, and most are comparing three practices that look the same on paper. Reviews tell them other people were satisfied, but video tells them what it will feel like to walk in.
Hearing the dentist’s voice and seeing how they explain things does more than any line of copy about gentle, caring service.
Familiarity matters
Patients want the real team, the real operatory, and the real front desk they’ll meet on the day. The strongest topics answer the questions patients are embarrassed to ask. Does a crown hurt? What if I haven’t been in ten years? What does sedation actually feel like? A two-minute answer from the dentist who would do the work removes the reason a patient puts off calling.
Put it where the decision is made
Put the intro video on the homepage and the booking page. Put the implant explainer on the implant page.
One focused filming day can cover most of it: an intro, answers to the common fear questions, a tour, and a few patient stories. After that, the practice stops asking patients to trust a stranger.
