When a patient already knows what they want, they search, and Google Ads and your Business Profile should be there when they do. But many of the patients a practice wants haven’t searched yet.
Capturing demand is not the same as creating it
A patient does not wake up wanting an implant, aligners, or a full-arch restoration because an ad account needs a conversion. They move when a story helps them recognize a problem, picture a better outcome, and trust the people who can help.
The best time to reach a patient is before they start comparing practices.
Start with what a new patient is worth
Choose the treatment and the practice first, know what a new patient is worth there, and check that the schedule has room. Then find the doctor, team and patient stories that fit. The channel follows: Meta video for people who aren’t looking yet, Google where search intent earns it.
Measure both the same way
Reach and traffic show that a story moved. Calls, bookings and accepted treatment show that the practice moved. Track both in the same place, against the same sources, and neither channel has to take the other’s credit.
Here is the first number that moved in our pilot. At the two pilot practices, weekly activity on the request-appointment pages rose about 31.5× after launch (about 21 to 656 a week, both practices combined, estimated from the site’s chart). It is not a count of visitors, bookings, patients or revenue.
