Marketing reporting across every location
A DSO needs more than one report per practice. CareRM puts every location on one screen, by practice and by source, and reviews it with your leadership every week, so what works at one practice reaches the others. A practice with two or three offices gets the same view.

“A lever to control the flow of new patients,” is how a DSO founder put it. One report per practice cannot give you that. Practices in the same group get different results from similar budgets; the useful question is why, and what to try next. We compare locations side by side, name what is working and where, and bring a recommendation to each review. Decisions and their results carry into the next one, and every request becomes a task with an owner in the same login.
What the work includes
- Every location, one screen
- Leads, calls and bookings for every practice, by location and by source, behind one login, with a monthly report and an export whenever you want one.
- Weekly executive review
- A standing session with group leadership covering what changed, what we recommend, and what was decided last time.
- Monthly practice call
- A short call with each practice, thirty minutes at most, on its own numbers and next steps.
Before we begin
We need reporting access for each practice and one decision-maker who attends the weekly review. With each practice management system connected, locations are followed past booked to showed and accepted treatment; where one cannot connect, the report says so.
Every location, one screen
Trace the revenue across the whole DSO: practices side by side, with leads, booked rate and who came in, so what works at one can move to the next.

Questions practices and DSOs ask
Is the dashboard an extra fee?
No. The dashboard, hosting and reports carry no separate fee, and the reviews are part of the engagement.
What if practices use different practice management systems?
That is common. We report what each system can provide and state clearly where a number is manual or missing.
Who decides what changes?
You do. We bring a recommendation and the reasoning behind it, then carry out what is agreed.
How do acquisitions join the roll-up?
Each acquired practice comes on by itself, on its own date, and sits next to the others once its tracking is in place. Adding practices doesn't restart anyone's term.
Can a single practice use this?
Yes. One practice gets the same dashboard and monthly report. The side-by-side view starts paying off at the second location.
What is a new patient worth to you?
Don’t know yet? Most practices don’t. Bring one practice or every location in a DSO. 30 minutes, three screens, nothing to connect. You keep the notes.
