Healthcare marketing reporting

A report should show what happened and support the next decision. CareRM brings campaign activity, inquiry sources, and available practice outcomes into a regular review.

Discuss this service

Keep leads and patient outcomes distinct.

A lower cost per inquiry does not establish that a campaign is bringing the right patients. We review available appointment and accepted-care information alongside advertising activity, identify missing information, and document what to change next.

What the work includes

Campaign activity
Review spend and response against the agreed campaign objective and budget controls.
Practice outcomes
Reconcile booked appointments, kept appointments, and accepted care where records and access support it.
Next decisions
Identify what needs attention in creative, targeting, the page, or the response process, with a clear owner for the next action.

Before we begin

The acquisition program includes bi-weekly reporting. Other reporting cadences are defined in scope. Outcome reporting depends on consistent records and system access; missing data is identified rather than treated as zero.

Questions before you commit

Can we have weekly reporting?

Weekly and bi-weekly reporting are available within the service catalog. We agree on the cadence that fits the campaign and operating process.

Will the report show booked appointments?

Yes when the required appointment records and reconciliation process are available. We establish those dependencies before representing the report as an outcome view.

Is there always a live dashboard?

No. Dashboard integrations depend on confirmed API access. A regular reconciliation process can be more appropriate when the underlying systems do not support reliable automation.
