Google Ads for dental practices

Some patients are already searching for a dentist nearby. CareRM runs Google search ads for each practice, sets the budget location by location and judges every campaign by the calls and bookings it brings, alongside the Meta campaigns that create demand before the search.

Capture the search. Do not depend on it.

Search ads reach people who are ready to book, and every nearby practice bids for the same few. We run them where the search is worth the cost, by treatment and town, with the budget set by practice. Searches for emergency or cheapest care are kept out of campaigns built for implants and other high-value treatment. Calls and forms from each campaign arrive with their source, so you see bookings, not just clicks. Budget moves between search and other channels only after we review each practice with you.

What the work includes

Campaigns by treatment and town
Built around the treatments and towns each practice wants to grow, in a Google Ads account that stays in your name.
Budget by practice
Spend is set and reviewed for each location and passes through at cost, never marked up.
Bookings by source
Calls, forms and bookings from search sit next to every other source, down to the campaign.

Before we begin

We need access to your Google Ads account, which stays in your name. Tracked numbers and forms are set up in the CareRM platform before launch. Google Search campaigns come with Presence and up.

Every lead, by source

Search is one source among five. Google Ads leads sit beside Meta, Business Profile, organic and referral, week by week, so budget follows what books.

Questions practices and DSOs ask

Do you mark up ad spend?

No. Ad spend passes through at cost, on one monthly invoice, with the billed budget, the actual charges and any unused balance shown every month.

We want full-arch patients, not emergency calls. Can you keep them out?

Yes. Campaigns are built for the treatment you want, like implant consults, and searches for emergency or cheapest care are kept out of them. Every call carries the campaign's name and whether it booked, so you can see which campaign brings consults, not just calls.

Should we stop Google Ads and put the budget into Meta?

That depends on what each channel books at each practice. We look at bookings by source with you and move budget together, practice by practice.

Can a practice run Google Ads on a small budget?

Yes, with honest numbers. For implants and other high-value treatment, we tell you early whether your budget can realistically produce consults, before you spend it.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do. The account stays in your name, and so does its history if you leave.

What is a new patient worth to you?

Don’t know yet? Most practices don’t. Bring one practice or every location in a DSO. 30 minutes, three screens, nothing to connect. You keep the notes.
