Meta ads for dental practices
Meta ads reach people on Facebook and Instagram before they search for a dentist. CareRM builds each practice's campaigns around one treatment and one budget, checks them every day, and counts the calls and forms each ad brings in, from the practice's own phones and forms.

A practice promoting implants needs different ads, pages and follow-up from one introducing a new location. We agree the treatment and the budget first, then build the campaign around it with your own doctors, team and patients. When an ad tires, we cut a new version from footage you already have. Meta learns that a lead came from its ad. Never the person's name, email, phone number or anything they typed. For a DSO, each practice gets its own campaigns and numbers, side by side.
What the work includes
- Campaign plan
- The treatment, the practice, the budget and the page the ad sends people to, agreed before launch.
- Daily checks
- Agents check your ads and website every day, flag what slipped, and draft the fix for a person to approve.
- New creative from what the campaign taught us
- When an ad wears out, a new opening or a different story from your footage, chosen for a reason.
Before we begin
We need access to your Meta ad account, which stays in your name, a page for the ad to send people to, and call tracking in place. Image ads come with Presence and Growth; video ads with a monthly refresh come with Accelerate.
Watched every day
Create demand, checked daily: an ad that is wearing out, or ad clicks that stop reaching the page, shows up with the reason and becomes a task with an owner.

Questions practices and DSOs ask
Who pays for the ads?
You do, at cost. Ad spend passes through with no markup, on one monthly invoice with our fee, and we pay the platforms from CareRM-controlled virtual cards limited to the budget you approved. Each month you see the billed budget, the platform's actual charges and any unused balance, which is credited or refunded.
How do you reach implant patients instead of cleanings?
Meta limits targeting by health topics, so the ad has to do the work. We build the campaign, the video and the page for one treatment and check which bookings came from that ad.
What happens when leads are not booking?
We look at the message, the page, the follow-up and the schedule before assuming the answer is more spend. Every call and form carries the ad's name, so we can see where it stops.
What is a new patient worth to you?
Don’t know yet? Most practices don’t. Bring one practice or every location in a DSO. 30 minutes, three screens, nothing to connect. You keep the notes.
