Dental practice websites, built and kept current
A patient who looks you up decides fast whether the practice feels current. CareRM builds or refreshes your website, hosts it on our HIPAA platform and makes basic edits within one business day of approved content, so the site keeps up with your providers, hours and services.

After the reviews, patients check the website to judge the practice: who the dentists are, what the team looks like and whether their insurance is accepted. We build around those questions and around the next step, a call or a request that arrives with its source. For a DSO, each practice keeps its own name and look while the sites share one maintained foundation, so a change is not quoted and rebuilt location by location.
What the work includes
- Build or refresh
- A new site or a modern design for the one you have: provider and team pages, services and insurance information, written for patients first.
- Edits within one business day
- A new doctor, new hours or a new photo goes live within one business day of complete content and your approval.
- Landing pages on your own site
- Campaign pages live on the same site under your domain, so every visit and request counts for your practice, and we improve them as results come in.
Before we begin
We need access to the domain and the current site, plus photos and provider details for each practice. If nobody is sure who controls the domain, finding out is the first task.
Analytics you own
Create demand, then measure it: visitors by channel against the period before, kept on our HIPAA platform instead of an ad company’s servers.

Questions practices and DSOs ask
How much does a dental website cost with CareRM?
There's no setup fee for a build or refresh. The site is part of your plan's one monthly fee per practice, which starts with three months and then runs month to month. Plans are contact for pricing; on-site video shoots are priced separately.
Do we need a brand-new website?
Often not. Many sites need a refresh and current content more than a rebuild.
Who owns the site?
You do. It is built under your domain, and the content is yours to take.
Can each DSO location keep its own website?
Yes. Each practice keeps its own identity and domain. The sites share one foundation we maintain, so fixes and improvements reach every location without a separate rebuild.
What is a new patient worth to you?
Don’t know yet? Most practices don’t. Bring one practice or every location in a DSO. 30 minutes, three screens, nothing to connect. You keep the notes.
