Meta ads aimed at the patients you want

Built for the treatment each practice has room for. Every ad's calls and bookings, in your login.

Watched every day. Changed with a reason.

What needs attention at one practice. An ad that is wearing out, or ad clicks that stop reaching the implant page, shows up here with the reason and becomes a task with an owner.

  1. Ads watchAn ad that's tiring, flagged the day it happens.
  2. Website watchAd clicks that aren't reaching the landing page, caught before the month is spent.
  3. PrivacyMeta learns that a lead came from its ad. Never the person's name, email, phone number or anything they typed.

What needs you, for a demo practice: a website watch flagging ad clicks not reaching the implant page, and an ads watch flagging an ad that is wearing out
Demo practice, sample data.

Ads for the patients you want.

We run Meta campaigns for each practice around one treatment and one budget: implants, aligners, new families, whatever the schedule has room for. The ads use your own doctors, team and patients, and every call and form they bring in carries the ad's name.

  • Campaigns built around the treatment each practice wants more of
  • Every ad's calls, forms and bookings in your login
  • Patient lists are never uploaded to Meta or any ad platform

Watched every day. Decided by a person.

Agents check your ads and website every day, flag what slipped, and draft the fix for a person to approve. Every change has a reason you can read in your login.

01

Before spend

Agree on the treatment, the practice and the budget. Check the landing page, the call tracking and the lead signal, so the first booking is counted.

02

Every day

Spend, delivery and tiring ads are checked. New campaigns, budget changes and new creative wait for the person you name to approve them.

03

Every month

Bookings by ad and by practice. Budget moves toward practices with open chairs, not to one booked out for months, and only after we review each practice.

Questions practices and DSOs ask

What does Meta learn about our patients?

When a visitor who allowed advertising sends a form after clicking a Meta ad, Meta receives one signal from our server: a lead happened, from that ad click. Never a name, email, phone number, the page they read or anything they typed. Patient lists are never uploaded to Meta or any ad platform.

How do you reach implant patients instead of cleanings?

Meta limits targeting by health topics, so the ad has to do the work. We build the campaign, the video and the page for one treatment, speak to the person already thinking about it, and check which bookings came from that ad.

We've been burned by agencies that launch and disappear. Who watches the account?

You can watch it happen. Every change, and why it was made, sits in your login, and every practice gets a monthly report and call.

We spend at practices that are booked out for months. Will you tell us to stop?

Yes. We review bookings and schedule room at each practice before budget moves, and we'll recommend cutting spend where chairs are full. Ad spend is never marked up, so we don't earn more when you spend more.

Can a DSO run Meta across many practices?

Yes. Each practice gets its own campaigns and its own numbers, side by side on one screen. Budget moves within a practice's approved budget; moving it between practices needs your approval.

Who pays the ad budget?

You do, at cost. Ad spend passes through with no markup, on one monthly invoice with our fee, and we pay the platforms from CareRM-controlled virtual cards limited to the budget you approved. Each month you see every practice's billed budget, the platform's actual charges and any unused balance, which is credited or refunded.

Can you use our existing footage?

Yes, if it is technically usable and supports the campaign. We can edit new ads and refresh variants from an existing footage library.

See which ads booked patients, not just clicks.

Bring your ads account, or just last month's spend. In 30 minutes we look at what it can tell you today and show you the screen you'd see for every ad.
