Video ads for dental practices

Dental video ads are short edits of your own doctors, team and patients, cut for Meta, YouTube and your website. CareRM edits them for the treatment you want more of, labels each by its story, and on the Accelerate plan refreshes them every month from footage you already have.

Show me the proof

Every edit should teach you something.

Not all patients are the same, so each edit answers a different patient question: what the consultation involves, who they will see, what someone like them went through. Each ad carries its story's label into the platform, so the calls and forms it brings in show which story worked. When an ad wears out, we cut a new opening or a different story from footage you already have rather than booking another shoot. For a DSO, each practice's ads carry their own labels.

What the work includes

Message selection
The patient questions and treatment information that belong in the campaign, using footage that supports them.
Editing
Opening, pacing, captions and call to action, built for where the ad will run: Meta, YouTube or your site.
Monthly refresh
On Accelerate, new cuts every month from footage you already have, aimed at what patients call about.

Before we begin

Editing needs usable footage and approved messages. If the footage can't support the campaign, we plan a shoot first. Video ads with a monthly refresh and localized YouTube ads come with Accelerate.

Which story brought the call

Create demand, then trace it: each call shows the ad and story it came from, like Implant Story, and whether it booked.

Questions practices and DSOs ask

Can you edit footage we already have?

Yes, if its quality, permissions and subject matter support the campaign. We review the material before confirming the edits.

How often should the ads change?

On Accelerate, every month, and sooner when the ads watch shows an ad wearing out. A refresh uses footage you already have, so it doesn't need another shoot.

Do you invent patient stories or results?

No. Patient stories come from real people who signed a HIPAA authorization. Editing never adds clinical claims or results the footage can't support.

Who owns the ads?

You do, once they're paid for. The finished ads and the footage are yours.

What is a new patient worth to you?

Don’t know yet? Most practices don’t. Bring one practice or every location in a DSO. 30 minutes, three screens, nothing to connect. You keep the notes.
