On-location video shoots for dental practices
A dental video shoot is a planned half or full day at your practice, filming your doctors, team and patients who agree to tell their story. CareRM plans the stories around the ads you'll run, then labels every ad by its story so you can see which one patients call about.
Show me the proofA shoot plan protects the clinical day.
Before filming, we agree the stories, the people and the rooms that matter. A half-day shoot supports up to nine planned setups; a full day supports up to eighteen. A setup is a planned filming arrangement, not a finished ad. The schedule, the people available and clinical access decide what can be captured. For a DSO, nearby practices can share a shoot day, each with its own setups and labels.
What the work includes
- Before the shoot
- The stories, who will be on camera, where we film, and the signed HIPAA authorizations that patient stories need.
- On location
- Doctor explanations, the team, the practice and agreed patient stories, filmed with real people and planned around the clinical day.
- Into the edit
- The footage organized for the ads you'll run. Each edit is labelled by its story when it goes into the platform.
Before we begin
Shoots are optional and priced separately, and each is quoted on its own, with travel in the quote. The practice coordinates participants and clinical access. Patient stories need a signed HIPAA authorization.
Every lead, by source
Create demand, then count it: leads from Meta video ads sit beside Google, Business Profile, organic and referral, week by week.

Questions practices and DSOs ask
How much does a dental video shoot cost?
Shoots are priced separately from the plans, and each one is quoted on its own, with travel in the quote. Tell us the practices, the stories and where the footage will run, and we'll send a quote.
Can we book filming without ad management?
Yes. Tell us where the footage will run, so the day is planned for it.
Our doctor doesn't want to be on camera. Does that work?
Yes. Patients, the team and the work can carry the story. A doctor can appear for a few seconds or not at all.
Do patients have to take part?
No. Doctor explanations, the team and the practice can carry a campaign. Patient stories use real people who signed a HIPAA authorization.
What is a new patient worth to you?
Don’t know yet? Most practices don’t. Bring one practice or every location in a DSO. 30 minutes, three screens, nothing to connect. You keep the notes.
